1. Who we are

Timeluxe (“we”, “us”) is an independent online retailer of authentic Zara products. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Zara or Inditex. Contact: hello@timeluxe.eu.

2. Products

We sell genuine Zara items, typically sealed in original packaging, sourced legitimately within the EEA and resold independently. Each piece is usually unique (specific size and colour). Product photos and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor differences may occur.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds.

4. Shipping

We ship across the European Union. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary by destination and carrier. Risk passes to you on delivery according to applicable consumer law.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions (for example sealed goods unsealed after delivery where health/hygiene applies). Contact us to start a return. Return shipping costs may be yours unless the item is faulty or not as described.

6. Faulty goods

Statutory guarantees for defective goods apply. Please contact us promptly with photos and order details.

7. Availability

Stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we will refund you.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders.
