Where do you ship?+
We ship to Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal and mainland Spain. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free to all currently available destinations. The shipping cost is already included in the item prices.
When is shipping free?+
Shipping is free on every order to every currently available destination.
How are orders delivered in Portugal?+
Portugal orders ship via CTT to your home address. They are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment. CTT shipments do not include online tracking.
How does InPost / Punto Pack delivery work?+
Outside Portugal, orders usually go to an InPost Punto Pack / locker you choose at checkout. You get an SMS and/or email with pickup instructions and a PIN when ready.
How do I return an item?+
You have 14 calendar days after receiving the order to email hello@timeluxestore.com or WhatsApp +351 917 716 190 with your order number. Wait for our return instructions before shipping anything back.
